Energy transition is a challenge you face as a company, but its exact nature is often driven by local regulations. In this workshop we’ll vet what aspects of energy procurement derive added value from being organized at a central level and which ones are better dealt with by local teams.

Cross-border PPAs or service agreements create new opportunities that go beyond the reach of local procurement. And in a diversified portfolio, some costs will no longer be billed per plant. Meaning you need to make choices about how to pass on cost internally.
Ultimately, your energy procurement team could become a corporate energy services centre, that groups and manages risks and opportunities and passes on costs to your internal consumers. Putting different organisational models observed at clients next to each other will help you consider where your company’s future energy procurement model should go.
